A light for others
Aurora Jean “Coach Ellen” Perez is a Life & Career Coach, Certified Mental Health Coach, Team Building Facilitator, and Motivational Speaker. She is the host of Women@Work on The New Channel (TNC), where she brings raw, transformational conversations with inspiring Filipinas — entrepreneurs, caregivers, and leaders from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and across the OFW community.
Certified by The Life Coach Training Institute in 2019, Coach Ellen coaches using the foundational C.A.R.E. model and S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting — helping leaders become more effective, self-aware, and impactful. Her training in broadcasting and hosting (CBB Productions & an advanced hosting workshop with Mr. Paolo Bediones) shaped her into a versatile, on-air host.
As an Alopecia Philippines advocate — co-hosting the Alopecia Talk series with Abby Asistio on TNC — she uses her voice to break the stigma around hair loss and mental health, shining for God as a light for others.
