Maria Dolores Garner Florentino
Maria Dolores is a Certified Learning and Development Professional and member of the Philippine Society for Talent and Development (PSTD). A Virtual Professional since 2014, she has spent over a decade helping businesses and professionals build clarity, structure, and sustainable growth systems.
With real-world leadership experience as a former Operations Manager, she brings practical insights to every mentoring engagement. Today, she serves as a VA Trainer, Mentor, and Training Facilitator — championing the Happy Workplace Movement.
Before transitioning to the virtual space in 2014, Dolores built a rich professional foundation in Events, Marketing, and Sales — experience that continues to shape how she mentors professionals and trains organizations today.

For 11 years, I had the privilege of working closely with Australian clients as a Virtual Assistant and Operations Manager — managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and helping businesses run smoothly across time zones.
